🌍 I participated in the “Global Solo Challenge Skippers’ Meet.”
This event is a special gathering that combines:
- the award ceremony and journey recap of the 2023–2024 edition, and
- the introduction of skippers (participants) for the 2027–2028 edition.
Challengers who had returned from more than nine countries gathered there,
along with new skippers preparing to take on a circumnavigation of the world.
Together we shared:
- stories of the challenges we have faced,
- visions of the adventures to come, and
- the bonds we share as fellow sailors.
I also received a certificate of friendship (?) from the Brotherhood.
I gave a five-minute presentation as well.
My journey—from the challenge of unclimbed peaks, to finishing the Mini Transat, and now the Global Solo Challenge—
