Cole Brauer on first light came to sailing within half a mile of one of the Clipper Race boats, unfortunately she did not managed to identify the boat and hailing them on VHF or making a DSC call did not prove fruitful, the 16 strong crew must have been busy pushing the boat hard under spinnaker whilst Cole crossed their path single-handed.
