First, let’s all cross our fingers I never have to experience this. But it’s ALWAYS better to be prepared…
There’s a saying, you should always step UP 👆into your liferaft. Only abandon ship if you are 100% sure it’s going to sink. Believe it or not, you have much better chance of survival by staying on your half-floating boat than you do in a liferaft.
So what do I bring with me if my boat is sinking? ✅
I’ve prepped two dry bags of everything vital I’ll need, here’s what’s inside:
