The “Falchette di AIRC” – Alberomaestro A.P.S. were present at the Imperia Sailing Week aboard ASPRA, carrying the message that the sea is even more beautiful when it becomes an opportunity to come together and contribute to something larger and socially useful. The “Falchette di AIRC” are a female crew of volunteers, led by navigator Lucia Pozzo, established in 2017 to support cancer research by promoting fundraising for a research grant of 25,000 euros aimed at a young researcher in AIRC Liguria. Sailing reaffirms itself as an instrument of culture, inclusion, and awareness, thanks to the Falchette and the hospitality of ASPRA, in the absence – due to serious personal reasons – of Lucia Pozzo and the Sangermani Lilli II.
