We had a weekend that will stay in our minds for a long time. ❤️⛵️
Together with children from the Korálky Children’s Home, we spent two days at the Novomlýn reservoirs full of games, movement, shared experiences, and mainly sailing. The minicats were undeniably the biggest hit of the whole weekend. The weather was on our side, the wind blew, and the children could try not only their first sail but also a really fast ride. And their enthusiasm and bright eyes were the greatest reward for us.
But it wasn’t just about sailing. We played games, competed, learned to cooperate, talked, and ended the evenings together by the fire. We wanted to show the children something new, get them out of their everyday environment for a while, and perhaps inspire some of them to explore, play sports, and not be afraid of new challenges.
We were a bit worried about how our first weekend would turn out. That’s why we are even more delighted that it was a success. The children were great, grateful, and fully engaged in everything. And we took away at least as much positive energy from the weekend as they did. ❤️
