After that, I went to visit the construction site of Kevin’s 47-foot catamaran. What was interesting was the method of bringing three 40-foot container kits from Australia and assembling them yourself, like a gigantic model kit. This pleasure sailing boat is one of the largest of its kind in Japan.
It has a shower, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. It was like a luxury hotel.
It seems that anyone can visit the site if they contact them.
My wife has told me she wants to travel by yacht, and once I finish my around-the-world trip on a Class40 the year after next, I’m considering traveling Europe with my family. But it’s probably a yacht with a shower like this one that she’s imagining.
