Put the boat to bed and going to make some supper

I’ve just “put the boat to bed” as they say, which means setting up the deck for the night and checking everything before you lose the last bit of daylight. I’m expecting a little more wind from the same direction so have changed down the headsail. No significant loss in speed and the autohelm is a lot happier.
Now I’m past the TSS and other marine traffic will up the alarm from 20 mins to 30 mins, luxury

I was clearing all the departing gifts from my bunk, hoping I might be able to get in it tonight, and there they where. We just didn’t look hard enough. It was a lovely surprise for, kinds like a bit of you on the boat. I’ll keep them safe for you. Bendigedig is doing her thing, just gently pushing herself through the waves, such effortless motion.

Everything is working with my except one thing, I cant open my Inbox. Apoalagies to thoes who have sent messages, I’m unable to access them at the minute. I’m sure that I will get a fix from PredicWind however as today is Sunday not likely to happen today. A bit annoying but hay ho that boats for you. Been dancing around big ships through the night. Now We are currently located between two shipping lanes therefore a few more dance steps to complete before we end on the right side of main traffic. I guess its how a snail feels when crossing a busy motorway. Daf
