Working for the Global Solo Challenge

Marco Nannini

The Global Solo Challenge is looking to fill several roles within its editorial team. Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute with their skills during 2022 and 2023, leading up to the event. Selected candidates will become members of the full-time team from summer 2023 to summer 2024.

The event website is translated into four languages and has received interest from skippers of over 45 different nationalities. The public is global and diverse. The Global Solo Challenge is looking to bring the event to life with engaging content that will cover the event from many angles.

Writers do not need to be offshore racing experts. However, a good knowledge of nautical terms and the world of offshore yacht racing combined with the ability to deliver engaging content is essential.
